I am the
President /CEO / CIO for HeartCalm productions
communications syndicated international (t.m.)(inc.).

Today we received another threatening email from your company, a
Final Reminder that
states “International Directories Group Ltd. will take legal action against HEARTCALM
PRODUCTIONS and EUR 300,- shall be added to the outstanding amount
of EUR 1129,-.” Please be
on notice that we have spoken to our attorneys, local, federal and international
police authorities and others in governmental business organizations and all
have advised us not to send you any money. We have
repeatedly requested that our information and email address be removed from
your records and that we have not agreed to make any payment of any kind, for
any amount, to be listed in any paid for information data base, or directory.
We did
send you information a number of years ago about our company, at your request,
giving our signed consent, so that you could enter it freely into your business
directory, but have never subscribed, or received any invoice for any paid
service of any kind. Since
then we have repeatedly been harassed by your collections people for payment of
invoices for exorbitant amounts for services that we have not received. If
any services rendered by you purportedly, or delivered by your company, that
we have not seen, are out there, they do not in any way reflect any service
that is of any effect, consequence or visibility at all i.e.: There is no
presence of your directory on the internet and we have not seen any listing
of our company in any directory that you have apparently been listing our
company in, year after year, without our consent or approval and audaciously continuing
to demand payment for such invisible services, even after we have repeatedly
requested that you cease and desist, letting you know by phone and email that
we formally revoked any acceptance at all, of any service what so ever from
your company, in any way.

Once again, If you have for HeartCalm productions communications
syndicated international (t.m.)(inc.)
any files, or information, or records, we request that you delete them now.
As for any arrangement imagined by you concerning any payment for any purpose what so ever, past, present,
or future, we hereby declare these null and void, as per our statements above
and demand that you immediately discontinue your forced invoicing and please cancel
those orders, as none have been made. |
