4)consider re-writing the e-mail in the 3rd person. with research back ups and foot notes :
i.e.: "never" use the word "I" unless asked to do so by the writer/ director at the VFU there are no "I"'s - the writer director also only uses the "we"
5) one of the compulsory readings for the foundation course is the work Propaganda by Jaques Ellul it would be prudent to first read the work and then to use references from it.
6) take the time to study the "analytical thinking tools" in the foundation course in Technethics
i.e.: There are corruptions of logic in the first paragraph ...why is it "very clear" that "propaganda""sells best" is "propaganda" a commodity and what in fact is "propaganda"
7) It is always best to read up on the mission statements and goals of any organization before referencing them
i.e.: where does it state that "...HeartCalm Productions is in fact against these three things..."
8) It is generally more appropriate to be cautious and put the question rather than to state factoids. Consider an alternative approach using the word "if" and "then", or the phrase "if in fact"
i.e.: "...if in fact HeartCalm productions is against the use of propaganda, then what other methods could be employed to restore the ancestral knowledge of herbal birth control to the seven billion inhabitants of the planet..."
9) When referring to the work of another writer it is courteous to include the name of the autho and of the work in reference
i.e.: "...the work in progress by George Kasey entitled Procreating Ourselves to Death has the potential of becoming a leading feature film although HeartCalm productions apparently may have some conflicts in terms of how it is marketed...."
10) Note also that, although we do not ask anyone to sign patent and copyright release forms, all intellectual property belongs to the foundation...all information must be approved by the CIO and then authorized by the student/mentor/administrator inner circle, before it is released for public media only the writer/director of any individual project has veto power.
11)student/mentors are encouraged to post individual studies or projects via their study desk ...submissions are made via email and must be approved and authorized by the student/mentor/administrator inner circle before they are posted
12) from time to time student/mentors are appointed roles ...it is up to the individual to present acceptance or rejection or alternative suggestions ...we thank you for your suggestions
