DRAFT - work in progress

Organizations like Free the Children, Save the Children and UNICEF although they seem to be perennially in the embryonic stages of promoting and protecting Child Rights yet they do not deal the most fundamental root causes of child abuse and the prevention of poverty, among other things mainly overpopulation. Finally we cannot begin to pretend to talk about the rights of children, or for that matter the rights of any human being, as long as we live under the scepter of Global War and Weapons of Mass Destruction. It has become popular and acceptable, in the last century to decimate civilian populations, under the genteel rubric of “collateral damage.” in the name of “National Defense” corporations wage perpetual war, on a small planet that has become visibly without political boundaries, since we received our first photos of it transmitted to us from space.  We need to get back to basics on this point, “BAN THE BOMB”. Or perhaps more precisely

“BAN THE WMD” even if it is small enough to “take out” a child playing in the sandbox when dropped into the field on the other side of the fence. Please take a look at some of the debris, to find a child’s foot or other body parts, if you need a lecture on this subject.

We cannot act as if we are concerned about the rights of children if we are teaching them the arts of war, torture and violence and mutual assured destruction. One of the mandatory lessons delivered in grade schools in the fifties and sixties was the civil defense program of “Duck and Cover”, in which children were told to duck under a desk in preparation for a nuclear annihilation. Organized religions seem not to be liable, under pornographic censorship laws, when they disseminate graphic sadomasochistic images of “saints” being tortured to death by “the enemy”. The violence of popular gaming and programming, especially that directed at preschoolers and the bombardment of advertisers, seems reasonably a primary violation of the child’s right to a stable psychological environment and yet no mention is made of the child’s right not to be indoctrinated, in the trendy conventions for “The Rights of Children”, when the word “education” is conveniently synonymously used.

One basic and classic flaw, for example in the UNICEF Convention on the Rights of  Children is the concept that it is appropriate to conscript children into military service provided they do not serve in the front lines of engagement. Military conscription and military indoctrination that is basically a cult mind control, is fundamentally a violation of human rights at any age.

Here is a further critique in preparation for the manifesto for children now in preparation entitled:

“12 things every 12 year old child should know”:

…proposed amendments to the UNICEF Convention on the Rights of the Child:

Article 24 states that: All children have the right to “the highest attainable standard of

health … [including access to] primary health care … nutritious foods and clean

drinking-water.”

In a technological world this would imply a guaranteed livable income for all, especially for children but it can onlt be possible if there is minus zero population. Wage Slavery is slavery and children that need to sell their bodies in order to eat are being cannibalized by their exploiters.

That primary health care must include universal dissemination of information

pertaining to the basic rudiments of health care as “education” as opposed to indoctrination and inculcation esp. advertising, to produce consumers, workers, soldiers etc.

Other points i.e.

*      The first and foremost is the fundamental universal law that needs to be deemed compulsory and is generally omitted from the various declarations or manifestos of Child Rights, is that a child is not chattel. It may be news to many that although the parents and the society are responsible for the care and wellbeing of the child, they do not own the child. A child, or any person, is not property and does not belong to family, church, state or any person or institution. It is for the worldwide establishment of this fundamental point, that our “The Universal Free Child Foundation” (t.m.) is the mandated.

*      Children having children is a greater crime or sin against nature than contraception. The unborn child has a right not to be born into toxic environments of war, famine, overcrowding, addiction, violence, exploitation, squalor and the child/youth is not an appropriate parent for other children as parenting of other children or parents (adult children, handicapped or elderly) takes away the years of youth needed for their own growth and maturation. The unborn have a right not to be born into deformed, diseased or mangled bodies and dysfunctional environments.

*       The most fundamental root causes of child abuse and the prevention of poverty, among other things     mainly overpopulation and information and the rights to practice herbal birth control.

*       Ancestral wisdom about herbal birth control and the use of emmenagogues that would

prevent the need for abortion and the use of abortificients should that need arise

*      It is a scientifically established medical fact that the healthy age window for childbearing

is between the ages of 24 to 35. That childbearing before, or after this period endangers both the child

and the mother and that therefore it must be universally acceptable that bearing children not in natures

          time must be completely avoided

*      …although it is the conventional definition that a child is a person between the ages of 1-18 in the case

of procreation not only children but youth from 18-24 should be discouraged and in some cases legally

forbidden to have children. Conversely the young person has the right to explore and exercise their

own sexuality as they deem appropriate without coercion or constraint provided of course it does not

violate the space of others and is done under mutual consent. The child needs to be protected from

sexual violation by others, but must not be sexually repressed in their own natural growth and

investigation of natural bodily functions by the psychological pedophilia of institutional or imperial

religionist dogmas in the name of “moral education” that inadvertently creates the very perversions of

the natural order of things  that produce the sex addict and the rapist .

*      Sucrose is a drug -not a food, it is the root of most addictions and distributing it to children must be universally outlawed. Along with all advertising to children …especially sucrose promotion via advertising is the equivalent of “pushing drugs on children” and sodium chloride is a poison not a nutritional requirement.

*      Reverse Osmosis filters to “clean water” are not the answer in an overcrowded planet; minus zero population is.

*      All organized religions, philosophies or political ideologies, may be entitled to claim their right to "freedom of religion" and “freedom of speech” and to practice whatever brand of  catholicism, socialism, the religion of economics of the World Bank or IMF, Satanic Hollywoodism  or whatever they choose ...they do not however have any right to proselytize their faith without consent and to violate another persons space or being, especially a child’s, either physically or mentally through indoctrination or psychological mind control, via the religion of advertising, or adulterate the mind with the aid of “chemical psychological warfare” in the form of addictive anti-nutrients like sucrose, caffeine  and other “meds”, or to censure by depriving the person of information that will effect their well being like the current universal suppression of ancestral herbal knowledge, that includes herbal birth control, the lack of which compromises self regulation of reproductive functions.

*      Finaly the childs universal right to unconditional love is not mentioned.
